In my last few years of school, I had some health issues. Doctors ordered me to take a year off, but that wasn't for me. I wanted to finish school and then rest up. And so I did, with the help of therapists, family, and lots of medication to keep me up and running.
After graduating, I spent half a year recovering at home. Doctors disapproved of my desire to go to college, saying I wouldn't be ready, so I started working. I did this part-time intending to go to full-time when the time was right. That was 2 years later.
At first, it felt amazing to work a full-time job and to look back and see all the amazing steps I made over the years. But after a while, I had this urge to do more, wanting to be happy with something else as well. To be happy about something I worked for, like a business or a diploma.
Increased income is another desire of mine. I've always watched what I did with my money. So I had 2 options. Option 1 was to save it, but then I wouldn't be able to do the things I love. Option 2 was to spend it on doing things I love but not to the fullest due to budget. But I'm more of an option 1 girl, so I played it save. But I wanted that financial freedom as well.
That's when, not so long ago, when I stumbled upon someone's account, working towards the dream life she wanted, I saw it as an opportunity. I want the same, I want to live the life I want. And so I took a step that would lead me into the world of online marketing and building a business that would give me the satisfaction and income I always wanted. And maybe one day, a day of my choosing, I decrease my work time and increase my time to live for myself.
I want to give you the same feeling of satisfaction. I want to give you your chance to work towards your freedom.
It’s been a journey, searching for the vehicle that could bring the passion back into her life. It has taken her through every corner of Belgium & all the way to America. That search ended when she found the Unfold Your Freedom community. Everything made sense to her & there has never been a plan B after that.
